about

A big-ass smörgåsbord of mostly unfinished songs made from the years 2010 to 2016 (age 13-19) by a stupid teenaged goose.

I thought about just ordering these tracks alphabetically but figured I'd at least align them in a way that creates some illusion of progress if you decide to listen through it all (which I hope you do not do, I mean good god look at all that shit, give me a fuckin break). I think there are a handful of songs in here that outshine the majority, but it's really just a matter of what you're looking for. I was young, and in a phase of blatantly imitating my favorites, so you'll notice a lot of familiar tropes if you've listened to much Deadmau5, RJD2, Pendulum, Wolfgang Gartner and a handful of others.

I'm pretty sure teenage years are never the best. But the experience of working on these after school every day and interacting with other young music producers and meeting supportive people through all of it was invaluable. I sometimes come back to this and peruse it like I would a photo album if I had one for that time. It's not a particularly good or consistent collection, but I had the time of my life making this stuff.
